Terms of Payment

LENGTH OF STAY :
The length of stay cannot be extended without the agreement of the owner, which has to be accepted by the person hiring.

PAYMENT OF RENT :
The rent is payable in advance of the rental period, and before taking up Residence.

HOLIDAY DEPOSIT :
A deposit of 300 € F is required from the hirer on arrival and this will be refunded on the day of departure after the check-out and inventory-take. In the case of an early departure in the morning, or a late departure the evening before or during the night, the deposit will be refunded by post.

DEPOSIT FOR CLEANING :
40 € for apartments A3 – A4 – A5
50 € for appartements : A1-A2-A6-A7-A8-B1-B2-B3-B4-B5-B6-B7-B8-C1-C2-C3-C4
This will only be refunded by mail after check-out.

BOOKING DEPOSIT :
The amount of the booking deposit is 25 % of the total hire cost for the selected period. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit is strictly non-refundable. Expenses of files [included in the hiring] to add to the bookink deposit :50 €

CANCELLATION :
Any cancellation will cost 50€ of expensives of files per apartment or studio and the cancellation need to be notified with an official mail as soon as possible.In any case the booking deposit cannot be refunded.

PAYMENT :
By cheque, cash, bank transfer (extra costs in addition to the hiring) Be aware that we cannot accept credit cards.

CHECK-OUT :
The studio or apartment must be left in a perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, the cleaning deposit presented on arrival will be due. If the studio or apartment should have suffered material damage, the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or missing items will be charged to the hirer. The owner is not responsible for any theft. Any damage caused by the person hiring will be the hirer's responsibility. Without any reduction in the rental or compensation, the person hiring will allow repairs that are deemed to be necessary during the rental period to be carried out by the owner. The hirer should not throw anything down the drains likely to cause a blockage, but should he do so, he will be responsible for any costs involved in carrying out the necessary repairs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT :
Arrivals from 16 h (4 pm) to 18 h (6 pm) and departures before 10 h (10 am). Late arrivals must advise the owner by telephone or at the time of booking. If the hirer has not arrived 24 hours after the anticipated time for handing over the keys, the company S.A.S. CORALIA reserves the right to re-let the apartment or the studio. The deposit will not be refunded. In the case of a technical problem preventing the occupation of the apartment for hire, the owner reserves the right to re-house the hirer in alternative accommodation to the same standard as that reserved. An unsupervised car-park place is available for each apartment or studio. Access to the swimming pool or tennis court is strictly reserved for people hiring accommodation. The management is not responsible for any accident that may occur in the swimming pool, on the tennis courts, in the children's games area or on the premises. For insurance purposes, the number of people in the accommodation provided must be as specified, including children and babies. The hirer must inform the owner on arrival if the number of persons exceed the number expected for the accommodation or at any time during their stay.

PETS :
Pets kept on the lead are allowed on the property. They are, however, prohibited from the swimming pool and tennis court areas. Owners are requested to walk their dogs or cats to do their business outside the property. Any damage caused a pet either outside or inside the apartment or studio will be invoiced to the pet's owner. Out of respect for other residents, noisy dogs are not allowed. Pets should never be left on their own in an apartment or a studio during their owner's absence.

SWIMMING POOL :
The pool is under the supervision of those using it, and is for the exclusive use of residents. As the pool is not supervised, children who cannot swim should be accompanied by their parents. Open from 9 am to 19 pm in July and August, from 9 am to 18 pm for other months.
Closed on Saturday morning.
